Park areas consist of approximately 70 acres, including campgrounds, barbecue pits, picnic tables, showers, overnight equestrian stops, rifle range, and archery range.
Approximately 9,000 acres have been left in their natural state for riding and hiking. The wilderness trail system offers hikers more than 10 miles of developed trails.
Emanating from the equestrian center is approximately 47 miles of equestrian trails within Bear Valley Springs.

Approximately 26 acres, including a clubhouse with restaurant, cocktail lounge, and offices; swimming pool, wading pool, deck area with a snack bar; four tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard courts, badminton court, picnic, and barbecue areas, and parking area.Oak Tree Country Club Golf Course
